Moonrise Coffee Roasters

At Moonrise Coffee Roasters, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality, air-roasted coffee. Because our products are freshly roasted and perishable, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds, outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final on Coffee Products

Due to the perishable nature of coffee and food products, all coffee sales are final.
We do not accept returns on:

  • Roasted coffee beans

  • Ground coffee

  • Coffee subscriptions once shipped

  • Any opened or unopened coffee products

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we want to make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A refund to the original payment method

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Moonrise Coffee Roasters is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit:

  • Please contact us so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • Replacement or refund decisions are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Subscription Orders

  • Subscription orders can be modified, paused, or canceled before the next billing cycle.

  • Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it is non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Coffee and consumable products

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or discounted items

  • Sale items

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.
